What file types do you accept?
We require print-ready artwork to ensure quality results. Accepted file types are AI, EPS, or PDF (vector files preferred) and high-resolution PNG or PSD (300 DPI at final size).
Files that are low resolution, web-based (JPG pulled from websites, screenshots), or not sized correctly are not considered print-ready.If submitted artwork does not meet these requirements, graphic design services will be required and quoted separately before production can begin. If you’re unsure whether your file is acceptable, you may send it for review prior to ordering.
Can you help with design?
Yes. We can assist with print-ready setup, minor adjustments, or refining artwork for production. Full graphic design services are also available depending on project scope. -
